For the sauce, bring 425 ml milk to the boil with 1 small onion, a carrot and a bay leaf. Leave to infuse for 1015 minutes with no hear. Strain the milk and place back in the pan with 2tbsps Flora Cuisine and 25g of flour. Stirring constantly, bring to the boil and simmer for 23 minutes until thickened and smooth.

Cook in a preheated oven for 3040 minutes then serve!
